Bluewater Grill is Perth’s newest venue located only 10 minutes from CBD and 10 minutes from Kings Park. Set on the pristine Applecross foreshore, Bluewater Grill a is heritage building which has spectacular views of Perth City, The Swan River and The South Perth Yacht Club.

The City of Melville and Heritage Council approved the site for restaurant use in 2001 and after two years of negotiations, the development Bluewater Grill opened in December 2003. The theme of Bluewater Grill is simply that, a serious Grill come brasserie, showcasing West Australian produce and wines. No matter what the occasion, weddings, seminars, breakfast, lunch or dinner we can design a food and beverage package to suit your specific requirements. Our Chefs believe in using only the freshest produce available, which is carried through in the design and layout of each individual menu.
