NOTE: One item of each of the chosen items will be served per person. When all items have been served, the food is deemed finished. If more food is required please discuss this with the supervisor/chef for advice. The items above are suitable for a cocktail party - not a meal replacement. If your cocktail function is to be held over a period of more than 2 hours you must discuss with your coordinator to ensure the function is catered for accordingly.
