My sincere personal thanks to the Bluewater Team for their efforts in the smooth co-ordination of the Mushrooms “Brazilian-Style” function, with celebrity chef Ed Hamalgyi. It all went well and despite my fears on the rain, the weather was magnificent for our outdoor barbecuing, before adjourning to the tables in the Bluewater Function Centre.
David did a fabulous job front of house and chef Brad and team were, as usual, calm and cooperative in welcoming visiting chefs into their domain – and the resulting delicacies were divine.
