Arnya is our corporate functions "guru" and she is one of our biggest assets. Her career started as a waitress and eventually as the Functions Operations Manager of a five-star hotel in Queensland and then also here in Perth. 

She has managed functions and conferences with up to 1500 delegates across 14 function rooms.  That practical knowledge and understanding of the floor operation enables her to sell with a very real and practical approach.

Arnya enjoys the creative process of making an idea become reality She firmly believes that "imagination is the only boundary" when it comes to function, planning and theming. She ensures that all staff are kept abreast of current industry trends and oversees the entire team so that each staff member in the Fraser's complex, from supervisor to wait staff, is dedicated to supporting the entire process, from inception through to implementation.
