Scott’s training and experience has covered all aspects of the kitchen; he worked at esteemed Fraser’s Restaurant in Kings Park, with Chef Chris Taylor, for three years from 1995–97.
Upon leaving Fraser’s, Scott worked at Cable Beach Club, Broome in Western Australia’s Kimberley Coast. He then went to London and worked there for two years.
When Scott returned from London he went to King Street Café in Perth’s CBD and from there to Halo Restaurant as Sous Chef.
Scott regularly holds cooking classes at Bluewater, including the ever-popular Children’s Cooking classes. Scott holds the position of Functions Chef at Bluewater Grill and very much enjoys the pace and variety of functions at Bluewater Grill.
