Brad Leahy Executive Chef & Operations Manager

Before joining the exclusive National Golf Course, Brad worked with Robin Sutcliffe at Owensville and alongside Greg Malouf at O'Connell's where he learnt his style of Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine.

Bluewater Grill, Applecross is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad to the position of Operations Manager.

Brad's role will be to oversee the kitchen and floor in conjunction with The Restaurant Manager.
