Chris Taylor has been with Fraser's Restaurant since the day it opened its doors to Perth, over fifteen years ago and was instrumental in the opening and success of Bluewater Grill, Applecross in 2003.
Brad Leahy Executive Chef & Operations Manager
Brad Leahy has been running the show at the Bluewater Grill since 2005, After spending the three years employed as the Head Chef at The National Golf Course on the Mornington Peninsula.
Kris Perttula Restaurant Manager
Kris has recently taken the position as restaurant manager after being a member of our team since 2008.
Scott Richardson Functions Chef
Scott Richardson holds the position of Functions Chef at Bluewater Grill, he has previously worked at Fraser's Restaurant and is looking forward to the challenge of running the function kitchen at Bluewater.
Leanne Taylor Corporate Sales Manager
Leanne knows The Bluewater Grill inside and out as she has been apart of our team since we opened our doors in 2003. Leanne is responsible for the coordination of all corporate events at the Bluewater Grill.
Natalie Compton Wedding and Family Event's Coordinator
Natalie is responsible for the coordination of all the weddings and family event functions at the Bluewater. Natalie is extremely dedicated to her position ensuring that all weddings we hold at Bluewater far exceed expectations.
