Join the chef Brad Leahy in the sensational Private Wine Room for an evening of magnificent food and wine as you learn how to cook some very unique dishes. We've had fantastic feedback from every class, hence spots fill fast, so please contact us early to avoid missing out.

Guests will be seated around the one large table (usually around 12 or so guests), watching Brad prepare the dishes. It's a very fun, informal evening that works like an open forum; guests are welcome to chat and ask any questions they like - test Brad's skills! Brad is a lovely man, who very much enjoys chatting and teaching guests.

Every person attending gets a copy of Brad's recipes that they can take home with them. Throughout the class, (hefty!) tastings of each dish that he prepares will be served to you. There will also be wine tasting throughout the evening to add to your enjoyment. The cooking classes are more of a demo than a hands-on cooking class.

All cooking classes take place in the stunning Private Wine Room, and cost $90 per guest. The classes run on Wednesday evenings, from 7.00pm - 10.30pm
